Terms for using Forelyx responsibly and fairly

By accessing or using Forelyx, you agree to follow these terms, our competition rules, and any platform policies posted across the site. If you do not agree, you should not use the platform.

Forelyx is designed around skill-based forecasting competitions. Users are responsible for ensuring their use of the platform is lawful in their location and appropriate for their circumstances.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details and for securing your login credentials. You may not share your account, impersonate others, or create accounts for abusive or manipulative purposes.

We may suspend or restrict access where fraud, abuse, policy violations, or regulatory concerns are reasonably suspected.

Contest availability, entry limits, scoring decisions, and participation requirements may change over time. Forelyx may update, pause, remove, or settle contests when necessary to preserve fairness, security, or operational integrity.

Platform features such as wallet balances, leaderboards, score summaries, and activity notifications may include provisional data before final scoring or review is complete.

Entry fees, rewards, and wallet transactions are subject to review for fraud prevention, settlement integrity, and policy compliance. Contest economics currently apply a 20% platform fee and reserve 80% of total collected entry fees for prize distribution.

Rewards are determined by contest leaderboard results and the applicable payout structure. Tied users may receive split rewards where required by contest logic. Public examples (such as $3,000 prize pool splits) are illustrative and do not override the live payout structure configured for each contest size.

Forelyx reserves the right to reverse, hold, or deny rewards where abuse, duplicate entries, collusion, manipulated outcomes, or technical errors materially affect fair play.
